There are two steps that must be completed
in order to receive a membership information packet
from the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic
Stress.
STEP 1. COMPLETION
OF THE REQUEST FOR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION FORM BELOW
Complete the form below
and click on the preview button to view your submitted
information. If the information is correct, you will
be instructed to click on the button that will submit
the information to the Academy. If the information
is incorrect, you will be able to edit it by clicking
on the 'BACK' button on your browser.
STEP 2. SUBMIT THE INFORMATION
TO THE ACADEMY OFFICES
After you preview your
information, click the "submit to Academy"
button at the bottom of the page and your information
will be submitted to the Academy. You should receive
your packet within one week of the information being
received at the Academy offices.
